Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their region.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order:

    • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

  • Change of Address or Items:

    • Contact us within 12 hours to request changes.

    • After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed.
